Thank you for shopping with us. We are committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During new collection launches, restocks, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–5 business days

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. These offers will be displayed on our website when available.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered and your order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are  not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.

If your tracking indicates your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

  • Checking around your delivery location.

  • Asking neighbors or household members.

  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly.

  • Waiting up to 48 hours, as some packages are marked delivered before arrival.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities.

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review your claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.
